As a full-time individual entrepreneur, we started manufacturing custom parts and gears in 1998. Initially, we produced the gears, which are our main profile, using traditional lathes, milling machines, and MAAG gear hobbing machines: gears for gearboxes, planetary gears, loading machines, transportation machines, agricultural machinery, vintage car and motorcycle parts.
From the very beginning, I considered it important for the business to be competitive, so we placed a special emphasis on innovation. As a result, we made investments almost every year, which allowed us to serve companies more efficiently and accurately with an expanding range of products (development of CNC machining). Thanks to innovation, we could take on not only custom parts but also small and medium series.
In 2018 and 2021, we acquired two new CNC machining centers (Akira Seiki). For efficient and precise work with modern CNC machines, CAD-CAM programming, which we have been using since 2018, is essential.
Over the years, we have become suppliers to companies in various industrial sectors.
Quality is very important to our partners, which is why we have been operating under the ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2017.
